Return & Refund Policy – BAIG TYRES LTD

At Baig Tyres Ltd, we are committed to providing high-quality tyres and excellent customer service. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

  1. Returns Eligibility

You may return items purchased from Baig Tyres Ltd if:

  • The tyres are unused, unmounted, and in original condition. Please Note: Brand new tyres must be returned with its original manufacture label attached. 
  • The return request is made within 14 days of delivery or collection
  • The product is returned with proof of purchase (receipt or invoice)

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

  1. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Tyres that have been fitted, used, or driven on
  • Special-order or custom tyres (unless faulty)
  • Clearance or discounted items (unless faulty)
  1. Faulty or Damaged Goods

If you receive a tyre that is defective or damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item
  • Provide photos and order details where possible

We will:

  • Offer a replacement, or
  • Provide a full refund, depending on the situation
  1. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer service team at info@baigtyres.com
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Wait for return approval and instructions

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  1. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

  1. No Exchanges Policy

Baig Tyres Ltd does not offer direct exchanges.

If you wish to obtain a different item (e.g. different size or specification), you must:

  • Return the original item in accordance with this policy, and
  • Place a new order separately for the correct item 

Delivery Policy – BAIG TYRES LTD

At Baig Tyres Ltd, we aim to provide a fast, reliable, and transparent delivery service across the United Kingdom.

  1. Delivery Charges
  • Delivery charges will be calculated at checkout
  1. Delivery Options & Timeframes

We offer a range of delivery options to suit your needs:

  • Express Delivery – available on most orders
  • Saturday Delivery – available at an additional cost

All delivery options and pricing will be calculated at checkout based on your location and order.

  1. Dispatch Times
  • Orders for in-stock items placed before 2:00pm will be dispatched the same day using an express delivery service
  • Orders placed after 2:00pm will be dispatched the next working day

Please note:

  • Custom or special-order items may take longer depending on supplier availability
  1. Courier & Tracking

We use APC Overnight for our deliveries.

Once your order has been dispatched:

  • You will receive a dispatch confirmation and tracking number
  • You can use this to:

    • Track your delivery
    • Provide leave safe instructions
    • Rearrange your delivery date

Important:

  • Delivery addresses cannot be changed after checkout
  • Baig Tyres Ltd is not liable for delays caused by the courier that are outside of our control
  • High-value items will be sent using a signed-for delivery service to ensure safe receipt
  • Any specific delivery instructions MUST be stated at checkout (E.g., Leave safe locations or specific requests for items NOT to be left in a safe place). 
  1. Failed Deliveries
  • The courier will attempt delivery twice
  • If unsuccessful, your parcel will be held at the local depot for collection

When collecting from a depot:

  • You must bring valid ID
  1. Click & Collect

We offer Click & Collect from our Worcester location.

  • You will be notified when your order is ready for collection
  • If you require items urgently, we strongly recommend contacting us directly to confirm availability before visiting
  1. Risk & Ownership
  • Responsibility for goods passes to the customer upon successful delivery to the address provided at checkout
  • For signed-for deliveries, responsibility transfers once the item has been signed for at the delivery address
  • For deliveries where leave safe instructions have been provided, responsibility transfers once the item has been delivered according to those instructions
  • Baig Tyres Ltd is not liable for loss, theft, or damage after delivery has been confirmed
  1. Additional Information
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control
  • Please ensure all delivery details are entered correctly at checkout to avoid delays
