If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us via telephone or email. Before doing so, we have complied some of our most commonly asked questions which may give you the answers that you are looking for.

  • How do I find my tyre size?

Once you reach our home page, please enter your tyre size in our ‘tyre search’ engine. Once you have entered your size, all of our stock availability will show, including both new tyres and part worn. Once you have entered your tyre size, you will be able to refine your search in case you are looking for something specific such as a particular brand. Once you have selected your item(s) you will be directed to a separate page which will ask you whether you are interested in getting the tyres fitted or delivered. If you choose the fitting option, you will be able to select a fitting date. If you opt for the delivery option, you will be asked to provide your delivery information such as your name, your full address, your email address and your contact number. Once you have completed this stage, your will reach the final stage which is where payment is made. All online payments made by debit/credit card are processed through World Pay which is a safe and secure payment gateway.

Once your order has been completed, you will receive a confirmation email alongside your vat receipt. If you wish to get your items fitted, please bring this along with you.

  • I have ordered the wrong tyres; Can I change my order?

Please do not worry if you have ordered the wrong tyres – we will do our best to rectify the problem as soon as we can. If you have not yet received your items, please contact us immediately via telephone so that we can adjust your order before items are dispatched (if you have chosen the delivery option). If you have already received your items, please contact us directly as we may be able to arrange a swap-out for you for an additional charge.

  • What does fully fitted include if I choose to have my tyres fitted?

‘Fitting’ includes fitting, balancing and new valves. We will also dispose of your old tyres unless you wish to take them away with you.

  • Can I return my items?

You have 14 days to return your items back to us for a full refund. Please contact us first to notify us of the return. Once your items have been returned back to us, you will be issued with a full refund as long as the items have not been used. If the items have been used and they are returned back to us, we will issue you a partial refund as our returns policy clearly states that items must be returned in their original condition. To ensure that there is no delay with your refund, please ensure that you include a covering note with your items which must include your full name and delivery details. All items must be returned at your own cost.

  • Am I covered under your free next day delivery service?

As stated in our terms and conditions, only locations within Mainland Britain are covered under our free next day delivery service. The Highlands, Northern Ireland, The Channel Islands, the Isle of Man and The Isle of Wight are not covered under our free next day delivery service. Upon entering your postcode at the checkout, you will be notified of the additional delivery charge. If you wish to contact us prior to placing your order to enquire about delivery charges, please feel free to do so. Deliveries outside of Mainland Britain can take up to 4 working days.
